Twixmas and NYE Update

After careful consideration, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our Twixmas and New Year’s Eve special events, taking place 28th - 31st December. This is due to the rapidly changing pandemic situation, growing uncertainty, impact on staffing levels and travel concerns. We know this is disappointing news, however we feel this is the appropriate decision to make. Our number one priority is the wellbeing of our guests and employees.

If you have booked tickets or a short break for these events, then please be assured that we will email you directly with detailed information on how to transfer your booking or how to receive a full refund. We will be in touch with each guest, you don’t need to call our hotline team, just double-check your email folders including junk and spam folders over the coming days.

Although we won’t be able to finish the year in the way we wanted, we are still excited about the prospects of 2022 and all the adventures on the horizon. Thank you for your support these past 12 months, we know this has been a challenging year for many families across the UK.
